Wolf Spider
Wolf Spider

The wolf spider hunts at night. Their webbing is used for shelter during the day. The female's carry their egg masses below their abdomen until the eggs hatch. The spiderlings will cling to the mother's abdomen for a short time after hatching. They feed on a variety of insects and other small organisms. They will enter homes through gaps under doors. They do not pose any danger to people or pets.
